When you submit our audit request form we collect:

Your name and company name
Your email address
Your cloud platform and approximate monthly spend
Any additional information you choose to provide

We do not collect payment information, health data, or any special category personal data.

AWS and Azure credentials

Where you provide read-only cloud credentials as part of an audit:

Credentials are used solely for the agreed audit scope
Credentials are stored securely and never shared with any third party
We never make changes to your infrastructure without explicit written approval
We request credentials are revoked within 30 days of audit completion unless on an active retainer

How we use your data

We use your data solely to respond to your audit request, deliver the cloud audit service, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) of UK GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

Data retention

We retain your contact data for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email kenziebollon@nubolabs.co.uk.
