We create a single read-only IAM user with a minimal policy covering only the services we scan. We never need write access, never touch your infrastructure, and can never make changes. You can delete the credentials immediately after the audit. The exact IAM policy is provided before you grant any access.

The automated scan runs in under 2 minutes. You receive your full report within 48 hours — we review findings, add context specific to your account, and send it over. No calls required.

No. Nothing is installed, nothing runs in your account. We use the standard AWS API via read-only credentials — the same way you'd access your account via the AWS CLI. Your infrastructure is completely untouched.

Your audit data is used solely to generate your report. We do not share findings with third parties, do not use your data to train models, and do not retain credentials after the audit is complete. Full details in our privacy policy.

Each product is completely standalone. You can run just NuboLens for cost, just NuboShield for security, or any combination. There is no requirement to use multiple products and no bundled pricing.

The free audit is a full scan — not a limited trial. You get the complete report with all findings, severity ratings, plain-English explanations, and remediation steps. The only difference from a paid retainer is that a retainer runs monthly so issues are caught as your infrastructure evolves.

AWS Trusted Advisor gives generic recommendations across your account. NuboLabs goes deeper — specific resource IDs, plain-English explanations written for engineers and CTOs, compliance framework mappings, and a prioritised remediation roadmap.
